Why do we price it this way?
We price it this way to encourage follow up. Patients are more successful with losing weight and keeping it off if there is follow up. We also want to be able to address any issues like nausea and ensure that patients are maintaining muscle mass.

While we don't take insurance for appointments, we are happy to try and get your name-brand medications covered through your pharmacy — note this may take longer, and check with your individual plan to see if coverage is likely. Many insurers do not cover medications for weight loss.
